We believe the best camp experiences are when you do it as a group. So our campsite is designed for larger groups. But you can also book single sites. This just means you might be sharing the kitchen and bathroom facilities with other campers … which is also part of the fun. The camp facilities are split into two: Suria & Purnama. All camp sites have access to the river, bathrooms, kitchens and the camp fires.

Of course you can book all of Purnama (sites A, B, C, D) or Suria (sites E, F, G) and have exclusive use of one whole toilet block, kitchen and camp fire.

A river runs through it

Our river is extremely clean as it flows directly from the nearby state forest with no one / nothing upstream of us. We encourage you to keep it clean for everyone downstream of us as well.

We’re campers ourselves, so we know the struggles of having to bring everything with you.
So we’ve taken some of that headache away and provided a fridge / freezer, a Coway water filter including cold and hot water and a 2-hob cooking stove with as much gas as you’ll need. Hopefully this will free up some space in the car so you can bring more important things … like friends and family.

We’re a small working family farm. We believe in good, fresh, clean food. There’s nothing more fresh than picking your own food to eat. When you’re preparing your camp food, you’re welcome to use our herb garden. It’s seasonal so please be understanding if something isn’t growing during your visit. Be honest and responsible with what you pick and use. Only pick what you need and leave the herb garden to thrive for the next camper. Involve your kids … they’ll love the experience.

an incredible place to camp. so much better than the one we went last year. like so much better. party of 8, all of us giving this place a HARD ROCK 10/10 🔥🔥🔥. Owner was accommodative and the caretakers of the place were as friendly as can be. recommended to the max. nuff said

Great tranquil place to spend quiet time next to a clean river. We were there for 3D2N. There is two superb common areas with clean and good looking toilets, well equipped with fridge, water filter, stove and long dining table. A common ground for BBQ and campfire. Great for star gazing and drying your tents before pack up :).Plug points available at strategic locations at the camp site.Only cons is there are many sharp turns going down/up hill. Also narrow. Hope CO will widen those turning area especially the one that requires 3 point turn near Cluckingham Palace.I will go again for sure!

Summer Summer Farm is a perfect, tranquil place for those wanting to take medium to large groups camping.Located less than an hour from the North of KL it offers a relaxed, calm little hideaway nestled in between hills which support the crops which the farm grows.The Farm has two separate kitchen areas for smaller groups, or if you’re taking a big group like we did (43 Cubs and Scouts of 1st KL Scout Group) you can hire the whole site. The facilities are great with well maintained kitchens and wash rooms. There is a good selection of kitchen equipment and water filters too.The upper area of the camping area has a large(ish) field for games and activities, as well as a pond, herb garden and a short walk to ‘Cluckingham Palace’ the hangout for the large flock of chickens.Down a level, next to a beautiful jungle stream is the camping area itself which has discreet lighting meaning that you can get around in the dark, without being kept awake.We thoroughly enjoyed two nights at the farm and it is easily one of the best camp sites we have been to in the KL area. Well done Darren and the team, we will definitely be back!

One of the best campsite that let you experience outdoors activities in a farm forest setting.We camp at the Purnama Campsites for 3 D 2 N and it was so much fun.We swam in the crystal clear cool river located next to the camp site.Toilets and kitchen are very well design and built, with proper ventilation and natural lighting. It is very clean and comfortable.

24hrs electricity for the kitchen and toilet with fresh water. The toilet and kitchen are very clean. Nice bbq pit. Stream right in front of the camp site. Always drive here during daytime, easier to navigate. Kids friendly!

Summer Summer Farm is easily the best camp site our Scout troop has camped at in Malaysia. Where do I start? The site itself is nestled in the hills of Hulu Rening, a quiet little Kampang an hour north of KL, along a crystal clear cool stream. The campsites are set up along the stream, nice thick grass as padding. The most comforting part of the experience are the spotless new shower and bathroom facilities, and outdoor patio'd cooking spaces. You won't get any better and it makes camping in the beautiful Malaysian outdoors enjoyable.The overall space is divided into two areas, and each side holds up to 20 or so people in tents. Two large covered patios contain a full size fridge, filtered water machines and an inbuilt stove. Lots of storage and cupboard space make multi-night camping a breeze. An on-site labeled herb garden for a little extra touch of flavor, two big outdoor ringed fire pits with a raisable grill and a big grassy space for outdoor activities provide lots of space for youth, group and family activities. The fire pits were loaded with wood when we arrived and we had campfires going both nights we were there.We stayed two nights and did some really nice long hikes of 5-10 miles around the area with our Troop, they really enjoyed the facilities and steam. The price is very reasonable for a large group as well. We've found our new favorite camping spot and will be back again in the near future!The owner is easy to reach and communicate with, and has really done a fantastic job developing and managing the farm.

We had a truly fantastic time on SummerSummer Farm which is located in a pristine forest with a beautiful river on the door steps of the campsite. The hosts and crew are absolutely spot on and definitely brought some Byron Bay dimensions to the time we spent…See you all again soon.

The best farm visit for us as a family in Malaysia! It’s got a beautiful river that’s a little piece of heaven and great quality facilities. The hosts were wonderful and so helpful in helping us plan our trip. We had a great time and will be back again soon!
