• RM200 refundable security deposit required upon check-in (by cash or transfer)
• Booking and deposit payments are non-transferable and non-refundable
• No walk-ins, please book here.
• You can change your booking date 2 weeks prior but a change fee may apply on top of the original price
• We may refuse entry to any guest who has violated the camp rules and regulations during this or a previous stay. This includes damage to the camp facilities or guests’ property or abuse / violence of any kind.
• Every guest provides their consent to processing their personal information for the purposes of checking in and placing the data in the camp database. The guest has the right to review and correct any information.
• Conduct of guests and persons using the services of the camp should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The camp may refuse to render services to a person violating this rule.
• All guests enter and camp at their own risk. The owner cannot be held responsible for any theft, damage, injury or loss of life during your stay within the premises.
• When you book you are required to let us know the details of any pets you are bringing along. This is for the safety and comfort of anyone else you will be sharing the farm space with (workers and other campers). The pets are completely your responsibility and we accept no liability for them. Any damage caused by your pets to the property may be charged accordingly. You agree to clean up after you pet and dispose of their waste responsibly in the bins provided.
• For your safety the property is constantly monitored by various CCTV systems. Do not touch or tamper with any of the CCTV systems in place. They are all programmed to not be invasive of your privacy in bathrooms and changing areas.
